The McNamees team at Queanbeyan have consistently provided my wife and I with quality, professional and prompt Strata management for our unit in Karabar . Their system has made it easy for us to manage our property and know that the necessary payments (including inspections and Council rates) are all taken care of in a professional manner. Have found their involvement and support for Strata meetings also very helpful and their overall customer service (ie passing on of messages) in general has been of a high standard. Would give them a strong recommendation!

All staff are kind and courteous whenever you have to talk or email with them. They do take a long time to put a tenant into a property which is disappointing. Our brand new unit didn’t have a tenant move in for four weeks in the beginning And six weeks between tenants after the first twelve months. This is a lot of money out of our pocket when we are paying a considerable amount to them to manage the property. With the demand for rentals in Canberra so high I think this is disappointing as I would expect one or two weeks at the most to be acceptable per week rent loss.
