Brody kept us informed regularly with his comprehensive reports delivered in the time frame he gave us. At no stage did he give us inflated ideas of the price we may get or the chance an interested party might buy. He always followed up every lead and continued communicating with them in the hope of a sale. His true worth we discovered when the COVID virus hit and buyer numbers went from many to zero overnight before the auction. We felt like shot ducks but Brody came up with an offer the very next day that we eventually accepted.
