Having recently settled my father's property through Brody at LJ Hooker Evans Head I can certainly attest to his knowledge, skills, professionalism and above all his passion for going above and beyond to help his clients. In what were very challenging personal circumstances for my family, including having to prepare and negotiate a sale from Sydney, I relied heavily on Brody and he never failed to deliver. Brody helped me find cleaners (a quick shout out to the awesome work of Tim who cleaned the carpets and Jacki who completed the pre-sale clean); secured a sale at a price that was estimated during the first week of open home; and kept the conveyancer and I very well informed throughout the settlement process. No request was too difficult and all my questions were promptly and professionally answered. Brody is a genuine professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend him for any real estate matter.

Brody’s local knowledge, calm manner and excellent skills delivered a smooth sales process, achieving above expected results. Brody was a delight to deal with, always happy to do the extra tasks that made the sales process easier for me as a vendor. He was honest and upfront about all matters.
