Roland has been involved in Real Estate since purchasing his first property at 17 years of age. He worked in the home furnishing industry for 12 years in Retail and a further 14 years in wholesale where he operated his own business. Over the next 4 decades Roland continued building his property portfolio. Experiencing massive market growth, enduring recessions, the GFC and interest rates at both ends of the spectrum. This is where Roland draws most of his strength from and also honed his negotiating skills. It’s navigating through the challenging times that makes us more resilient and open to identifying opportunities as they present themselves in any market. In 2001, Roland followed his passion for Real Estate and embarked on a career in Residential sales. In 2006 he was awarded the agent of the year by REA for customer service.
