Good Overall Experience
We found dealing with Edwin Limque a good experience. He was very professional in showing the property and answering any questions we had. Our negotiation experience with him was very satisfactory with a positive outcome. We have contacted Edwin many times with further questions and requests for floorplans etc. He has gone out of his way to seek and provide the further information we required and never failed to return phone calls. Very honest and professional

Edwin Limque's Review
Once Edwin and I had negotiated the price for my purchase, his efficiency was really good and his communication to me was brilliant. Of course, I would have liked to have purchased the villa at a much lower price though! And I don't really like French champagne. I'm more of a Moscato girl! Cheers, Lyn Geisel

Edwin and the SALE!
I found Edwin exceptional in his approach to the house product he was presenting. Edwin loved the house he was presenting and was definitely as enthusiastic as I was when I attended the viewing. I did not go to the viewing intending to be as SOLD on the house as I was on Friday afternoon, but found the house and the agent complimented each other and I bought the house on Saturday morning. Very honest and dedicated
We have bought and sold quite a few properties as homes, and investments over the last 30 years, and met many dozens of Real Estate Agents over that period. Ed(win) really impressed us over the two months of dealing with the property he was marketing which we purchased. He was clearly very dedicated to working the the vendor to present the property at it's best, and the buyer (ourselves) to give honest responses to our questions. Every request we made or obstacle that arose was met with a very prompt, helpful and positive response. As the property is an Investment one, we also took on Ed's team as rental managers, and were equally impressed with their level of professionalism and attitude. We are looking forward to a very long business relationship with Ed and his team.
