I would recommend Edwin Limque to handle any real estate transaction. He has just sold a property for us that was not straight forward and he was able to guide the buyer towards a satisfactory conclusion. There were some unavoidable delays that Edwin was able to negotiate his way through and kept us and the buyer informed at every step of the way. He is very professional and has a great understanding of the local real estate market. Highly recommended.

Market conditions were subdued and it was always helpful to receive regular communication from Edwin to discuss options.
