Great Property Manager!
We have been more than pleased with the support and service provided by the team at Image Property led by our Property Manager Michaela Caires. We have always been kept in the know of the campaign either by email or telephone calls. We even experienced great communication when we were overseas on previous occasions. Prompt in answering queries and actioning anything that requires attention with a good team of professional tradesmen and no job has required re-work. Michaela Caires has handled our property to our highest expectation and is by far the best Property Manager we have worked with.

Awesome agency
Natalie manages my property in Brisbane and she is excellent. Super responsive, seems to genuinely care about my property and making sure the tenants keep it in good condition. Excellent outcome from a recent letting campaign mid-COVID. Highly recommend

Good Agency
I have found Cassandra to be very prompt and efficient managing our 2 investment properties. She always responds quickly and keeps us updated with tenant requests and maintenance issues. She has also delivered quality tenants so far, and I am confident that she will continue to do so. Cassandra is also very friendly and pleasant to deal with on a professional level.

Image Property is our property manager
Image Property has been our property manager for the last 5 years after our short stint with another big agency. I cannot fault them with their service and important is they've always managed to find tenants for us in the nick of time! They are really good is all I can say!

The Team at Image were Terrific
We had many prospetive tenanats through the property in these challenging times due to our excellent marketing strategy. We had a few applications and found excellent tenants. The admin of the tenancy was completed easily and professionally. I would thoroughly recommend the team at Image West End.
