Jack from Image has always been helpful, clear and sensible. He has been willing to attend to various issues at short notice, including assisting trades with access. Lease renewals and tenant changeovers have been run efficiently, with limited offer required by me. All tenants have been very good in all respects. My only negative with Image over the years is that I don't always trust their advice on setting the rent. Historically they pushed the rent below what I knew was the going rate, whereas more recently the rates seem aligned with the market. Maintenance issues have been managed well and trades have got the job done.
