We have a new investment property that has just been completed. Kirsty from Image Property really made the process easy. She even helped followed up the fixes with the builder, organised cleaning. She was responsive (even during holiday), kept us posted with the inspections progress, made suggestions. It was a tricky time to find a tenant during this holiday season but Image Property managed to find us a tenant really quick. We were very impressed with the whole experience and we're an experienced investors. Megan then took over as the property manager. Sent us the 3D tour video. We don't live in QLD and we feel that we're in safe hands! Thank you for all your great and amazing support.

The outcome of our most recent letting campaign was better than we had hoped for. Our amazing PM Lana Tedeschi was tasked with starting the campaign with very short notice, in the weeks immediately prior to Christmas. With the support of her Team, Lana ensured the issues surrounding the vacating Tenants were resolved, and at the same time, she secured an A1 rated Tenant for us - and all this with only 1 day of vacancy. This is not a one-off with Image Aspley. They have been our Property Managing Agent for over 8 years. In this time, we have dealt with many different Team members, and each and every time has been a good experience. We trust them with our property, they follow up all maintenance or repair issues, and always ensure our interests are protected.

Jack Sifonios is a great property manager. Very happy with him since he has taken my properties on. Previously i had a few different people managing my properties and didnt seem to have a constant manager. Jack is very organised and always does what he says he is going to do. His knowledge with trades and organising trades is great. I have had 5 different rentals property's over a 10 year period and have found jack to be possibly the best property manager i have had in this time. Finding a new tennant was also a easy process for me with lana helping while jack was away. Thanks very much
