Flawless service
As a landlord, I am really impressed with Megan's information, advice and level of service with my rental property. The property was due to become vacant, and Megan found a suitable tenant at the right price, during COVID uncertainty, within a week of advertising. Well done!

Outstanding Property Managers
I've had nothing but excellent service by Kayla from Image Property. I've been with two other PM services, with disappointing results but Image Property have really shown professionalism whilst caring for the tenants and landlords, going above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Professional service and care

Excellent efficient work!
Property in Indooroopilly due to become vacant early Jan. Advertised, inspected. Multiple applicant on first opening. Lease secured with first preference tenant at market rental which was higher than I expected! No fuss easy to deal with, prompt response - what more can you ask for. Very happy!

Needs to be customer focussed.
Overall my experience with Image property hasn’t Ben great. I believe property manager needs to be client focussed and needs to improve on Service level.
