At all times I have found them to be professional and willing to develop a personal relationship. Return phone calls or emails in a prompt manner. Regular updates on tenant inspections is completed in a detailed manner. Are on top of the maintanance requirments of the property and are always willing to discuss those isssues in detail with myself. Overall I have been extremely pleased while working with Image Property in a collorative manner.

The staff at Image Property (Aspley) are fantastic to deal with due to their professionalism, communication and promptness on getting back to you. I have an investment property being cared for (and I say "care for" as they treat my investment property as it was their own). Recently, had my tenants break lease and eased my stress by jumping onto the process in finding a new tenant immediately, and within 3 weeks it was leased again. Also, they made sure the property was left in a good condition and made decisions without delay. If any particular staff member is on leave, they communicate this with you have another team member jump onboard and take care of the property. Highly recommend Image Property Aspley to anyone wanting an agent who cares about your home. Worthy of 5 Stars!

Shanae is the most knowledgeable and professional person I have ever met in the industry. She is outstanding at her job! She knew the property before we touched base. She answered questions & returned calls promptly. The team sourced local contractors quickly which was great when you don’t know the area. There were no dramas, everything was handled professionally and easily. The team conducted numerous open house inspections and followed up with feedback immediately. We are really happy with our tenant and Nikita has proven to be an excellent property manager. We have previously owned investments so we thought we knew what to expect from our property managers. But the Image team have raised the bar, they are exceptional. There is no comparison. The team know the property, know the area, have excellent contractors that are prompt and don’t over charge. The team truly care about our property; the tenants looking after our investment and us as landlords. Cannot recommend them enough!

Kirsty from Image Property reached out a few weeks before completion of the property. She answered all our questions promptly and spent time with us to explain the process for leasing the property out. After the property was completed, we met with Candra who took us through the property and explained next steps. The property was photographed on a Wednesday after handover from the builder, listed on Thursday and by Monday we had accepted an application. The tenants moved in that Wednesday at the price the property was advertised at, so less than a week on the market! Kirsty and Candra kept us informed through the whole process, we loved the photos provided by the photographer they used. We're impressed by the online portal for managing the property as well.
