Our No. 1 property manager Kayla is 2nd to none. She always notifies us on any updates with our properties. Good, bad or indifferent. Her market knowledge is impeccable and customer service skills are fantastic!

Awesome agency
Awesome service from our property manager Amy! We can always rely on image property to get tenants in immediately! They are proactive in keeping our apartment rentable! Amy communicates any issues and addresses them accordingly without us having to worry. My partner and I are very impressed with their service and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property manager.

Fresh Start
After 'inheriting' tenants with the purchase of the property, and going through a revolving door of property managers with other agencies, we are excited to have a fresh start with new tenants carefully selected by Image. Already we have experienced the joy of having tenants chosen with our goals in mind, due to the efforts of Cassandra, who has also persisted in dealing with the last messy situation in a thorough and professional manner. As with all busy people, sometimes immediate communication can be a reciprocally tricky process, but that works both ways.

In a downturned market, that has a lot of rental vacancies, Kayla at Image Property pulled out all the stops to find a tenant for my property during an off-peak period, eliminating any potential vacancy period and reversing the downward rental income trend by increasing my rental revenue too.

Highly Competent Agency
A proactive agency that does what they say they are going to do. They also ensure that any new tenant is the right tenant and they keep you updated through out the whole process. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Service
We have had two properties with Image for quite a few years now - we moved across to them after being challenged by the poor performance of the 'resident' property manager in one of the places. I have nothing but praise for Joel, Kayla and the rest of the team - great communication and certainly make you feel like you are their single client.
