Agents were good at responding to tenants and/or landlord questions or requests. They also conduct regular inspection on the property. When there are quotes, the maintenance manager provide an explanation/recommendation on the quote and alternatives. Improvement suggestions: acquire minimum 2 quotes for any repairs and/or maintenance exceeding $600. Ideal for agent to identify list of maintenance and/repairs during inspections so we can stagger the costs throughout the years rather than a big lump sum.
