I was referred to Image Property to manage my investment property. It was the best decision I made. I have always found Brooke my property manager to be very professional and always keeps me informed of any issues that arise,she has great communication skills, industry knowledge and her people skills are excellent especially when communicating with tenants. Unfortunately my long term tenant recently had to break their lease as they were leaving Australia. Brooke rang to inform me of this and reassured me with the tenant breaking their lease nothing would change for me financially and the tenant was still responsible for the rent until a new tenant was found. Brooke rang me every day with updates on the advertising of my property and the applications she had received. Within four days Brooke had secured a new tenant including a substantial rent increase.
