We have used Image Property for 5+ years initially for our investment property then later we rented out our own home while travelling. Emily Munro has found us good tenants and assisted us with managing the aftermath of tenant problems. She is responsive, efficient and gives us excellent support across all aspects of our property management, and is a delight to work with. We don't know what we would do without her! The professionalism of the customer service matched with their leading-edge technology is fantastic. As an example, I was sent a virtual tour of my rental property that was taken when my last tenants moved out so I could see every area of every room to see how it was being presented to the new tenants.
