For our first experience with an investment property we only have fantastic things to say about the IMAGE team. We settled on the house, did a few minor improvements and had tenants sign after the first open house who picked up the keys in less than 2 week after settlement date for a price that was more than we expected! Although the unit was almost 20 years old, it had recently been renovated with new kitchen and bathrooms, so we were eager to find reliable tenants who would look after the place.
