Simple. Professional. Seamless.
Image Property Aspley has made renting my property a very positive experience. Kayla Leigh has been managing my rental property and has always been very responsive and proactive on all matters associated with the property - including initial discussions on rental approach, establishment of an appropriate tenant, managing any required maintenance items and regularly providing comprehensive financial reporting. Fantastic service

Rented out my unit with impressive speed
After I gave up on my previous lettings and property management agent, I engaged Kirsty-Lee from Image Property to assist with letting out my vacant unit on an urgent basis. Kirsty-Lee was very responsive to communications, took care to thoroughly explain what was happening or would be done with my unit and letted out my unit in a couple of weeks! I was very impressed.

Continued excellent service
Our tenants in our rental property were not renewing their lease. However our Property Manager, Natalie Mulcahy, was well & truly ahead of the game organising inspection days for prospective tenants. This has led to a new tenant moving in soon after previous 1 moved out at our asking rental rate. Natalie's professionalism & ability to leave no stone unturned in getting the best fit for our property is a credit to her & Image Property.
