Mel did an excellent job selling our land. The service provided throughout the sales process could not be faulted and a great price was achieved. We are thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend Mel to anyone considering selling their property.

Jeanny had sold my house within 3 weeks. She designed a plan of sale and followed up on every part of the 3 weeks of sale. Always communicating and not afraid to answer the difficult questions. Would highly recommend!

Josh was professional and great to deal with throughout the experience of purchasing a unit from him. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and obtain the information I required even after settlement.

Jeanny and her team are just amazing. Nothing it too much trouble for her. She organised absolutely everything for the sale of two properties I had. She removed all the stress associated with selling property. Her problem solving skills are exemplary. I will never buy or sell a property again without having Jeanny and her team do it for me. I will and would recommend her anyone who is buying or selling a property in either a slow market or a thriving one. She will definitely get the best price available to you as her client. Her clients always come first and she is also the most gentle, genuine, beautiful person I have met for a very long time. It will be the best decision you make to have Jeanny Boyd buy or sell a property for you and you will have a wonderful friend at the end of the process. Thank you Jeanny from the bottom of my heart. You made a stressful life process one of the easiest experiences I have ever had.

We have sold several houses over the past year and can state categorically that Temika is by far the most professional and enjoyable person with have worked with to date. All the decisions she has made on our behalf were always on the money. Temika's energetic personality becomes apparent when you realize just how hard she works through all the Open Houses, chasing up of potential buyers and organizing the required documentation. Thanks Temika, you are are lovely person to work with and my wife and I wish you all the best in the future !

Recently Josh Sibly sold our investment property in the Brisbane area. My wife and I are professionals and live interstate with quite busy work schedules. Josh promised us that he would look after our interests while selling the property and also retain the tenants. We were given weekly updates about the progress and the sale. The whole process was made hassle-free for us. He has a very professional team that assisted us throughout. We have already mentioned to Josh that he would be our preferred agent if we buy a property in the Brisbane area.

Ah the lovely Temika Stagg like an army of energiser batteries a plus scale of enthusiasm rarely seen “Yes there are two trusted local movers we regularly use?” was the answer I received from Temika each of the almost half a dozen times I enquired about moving my household treasures, the importance of which was on a par with selling the house. Anyhow having signed up in the highest bracket of commission, and advertising, and also remunerated Temika Stagg quite handsomely for organising my move there were NO two local movers, a moving brokers services was employed costing me thousands of dollars extra AND Temika Stagg didn't turn up to open the house for them, and when they were organised to return, stuff was left behind ha ha ha ha ha These are our lives here, we are not just a percentage of a sale price Temika, had you been straightforward from the start, instead of being backed into a corner with no time before settlement I would have just like my packing, organised movers myself, flawlessly A thoroughly mind numbing experience, although admiring Temikas extensive seemingly haute couture wardrobe was quite a mesmerising highlight So basically as they do, the house sold itself for what the market permitted I only just avoided the looney bin but my hair is less, and more grey Organise your sale yourself. See how you go!

Josh's attitude to achieve delivers results, while his integrity achieves a strong working relationship between vendor and agent. At all times he provided a high level of communication, a genuine enthusiasm for what he was doing teamed with a professional manner. Josh's market knowledge was apparent from my first meeting with him which meant I was in the picture with market place activity/trends. Before going to market I was consulted over all material that was being used to promote my property, ie. photos and property blurb listed on-line, so that I had the opportunity to provide feedback before the material was used. His assistant, Sophie Wegener, was also apart of the selling process and she, like Josh, was dedicated, efficient and always polite. I highly recommend Josh to anyone who is seeking a committed professional to market their property. His endeavour to realise my expectations, natural warmth and motivated approach created a winning outcome for me!
