Following a casual enquiry with 'an acquaintance in the industry' about the current market Sam provided a detailed property report overnight. The estimate was good but a little lower than we wanted. Sam contacted us 3 days later saying he had a contract for the price we wanted if we wanted to proceed. The agent contract came days later. The initial sale fell through but Sam found a second buyer within days, sale came a month later.

As first-time vendors we were nervous and unsure about selling our home so we met with a few agents before meeting Josh. He put us at ease straight away. He was honest and down to earth, explaining how everything would work and gave us great advice on how to market our property. We sold in a very high-demand market and other agents had the attitude of “it will sell quickly to the best offer” but Josh was truly passionate about our property and made the effort regardless of the market.
