Very Much Recommend
Hayden and everyone at Image were very approachable, knowledgeable and guided me through my first home buying experience. They provided me with all my contacts that I required and even provided me with a congratulatory care package upon settlement. Image kept me updated at regular intervals and helped me navigate some of the more technical, legal language that I was unsure of. Great company!

So far so good! We have just completed a new build which was listed by Image Property. They were great through the whole process and made everything such a breeze. The property was let quickly & without any issues. Would definitely recommend them. We have now transferred our other rental property into there capable hands.

A little frustrating at present
We had no communication from your office to advise us that our Property Manager had left the company (Kim Ellis). This apparently occurred right when our troublesome tenants were being removed (as per QCAT orders). Our previous tenants left the house is an absolute mess, without paying their last week of rent or the water bill, they left us with a massive cleaning bill (that their bond didn't even come close to covering) and a big repair bill on top of that. It was very disappointing that our 6 monthly inspection reports didn't pick up the extent of the damage to our house. It was very difficult to get any information from your office. Tayla Gay was assisting and doing the best she could in the interim, without having any real knowledge of what had previously happened.

Great Agency
Our Property Manager, Kayla, is the best Property Manager bar none. Excellent service and we have a great rapport. Trust her completely. Highly recommend her.
