We had no communication from your office to advise us that our Property Manager had left the company (Kim Ellis). This apparently occurred right when our troublesome tenants were being removed (as per QCAT orders). Our previous tenants left the house is an absolute mess, without paying their last week of rent or the water bill, they left us with a massive cleaning bill (that their bond didn't even come close to covering) and a big repair bill on top of that. It was very disappointing that our 6 monthly inspection reports didn't pick up the extent of the damage to our house. It was very difficult to get any information from your office. Tayla Gay was assisting and doing the best she could in the interim, without having any real knowledge of what had previously happened.

Kirsty-Lee and Jack from Image Property took full control from the time I contracted them to manage my property, they are capable, responsive and great communicators. Whilst they have my interests at heart as the landlord, they showed they were fair and understanding to the tenants as well which was important to me. I do not live locally and they have given me confidence that they are managing the home very well; highly recommended!
