I am extremely happy with the outcome and level of expertise I received from Image Property. Matt was transparent, genuine, calm and professional throughout. He went above and beyond to help me organise trades and get any pre-sale renovations carried out. I was selling interstate, so Matt and Katie oversaw everything, I was expecting the whole process to be really stressful but I can honestly say they made it feel easy (for me at least!). I had spoken to several agents prior, but Matt gave me the most balanced appraisal of what I needed to spend in order to get the best sale price - consistently logical and data driven in his approach. Matt does not rely on pushy or overly-persuasive tactics to get a good result, he genuinely connects with, and listens to, potential buyers to make sure the right people buy the right house, which in turn helps drive a good price and a positive experience for all parties.
