From the moment I met Temika and Shanara I knew they were the team for me. So professional, friendly, informative, honest and caring. They supported me at all times during my sale and purchase being available 24/7 with any questions I had and explaining every step in detail. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. I highly recommend Temika and her team - they are the hardest working team and I cannot fault them. Thank you Temika and Shanara for absolutely everything!

When we had our first appointment with Terry. He explained the selling process, as this was our first home we sold. He would keep us up to date with everything as we go through the selling process what we needed to do as we went so there was no delay’s at settlement date. What Terry said on day one was exactly what he did. Very professional, The selling process was smooth. Will definitely recommend him to family and friends that want to sell.

My transaction with Lauren felt fast and efficient, rather than rushed and pressured. Any questions were answered on a timely basis. If Lauren didn't know the answer she would check and have a accurate answer. My transaction didn't finish with the hand over of keys, she is available to find out any queries I have regarding the property. I have been very happy with the service Lauren provided during the purchase my new home.

Kristy knows the Brighton market exceptionally well and has so much knowledge living and working in and around the area. Kristy also gave us informed marketing strategies and aligned the sale of our property with our interstate move with confidence and ease.

Lauren Ellis is the bomb! After a really seamless experience purchasing our home through Lauren, we knew who to call when we wanted to sell an investment property. In fact, we've now sold two properties with her and each experience has been smooth, professional and she delivered awesome results! Lauren truly goes the extra mile and supports both the vendor and buyer every step of the way. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property!

The only agents I would trust to sell my property, so genuine, professional and honest communication throughout the process. Can’t fault their marketing campaign and staffs open feedback and attention to detail. Kristy and Molly have previously sold a property for our family so this is the second property they have sold for us and they are both fabulous agents. Highly recommend their services.

Jasmine was so incredibly helpful! When we first got the contract we were overseas and then our settlement was the day before we were off again on another trip. It was incredibly stressful signing contracts, getting everything sorted while we were in and out of the country but she was extremely helpful every step of the way. Without Jasmine I think I may have combusted from stress. Very grateful to have someone who really cared about our first home buyer journey

Very happy with Matt and Katie from image property! From the inspection to move in day everything was very professional but also very down to earth and easy to deal with along with great communication which really made it a lot less stressful, after months searching for a place we are very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend the team!! Thanks again!

We chose to work with Kristy Kelly again because our first experience was so positive and she didn’t disappoint. Kristy made everything simple by giving us clear direction on what was worth doing and what wasn’t before listing. With another property already purchased, her guidance and speed were invaluable. The response at the first two open homes was fantastic, and the house sold within 10 days. Kristy is someone we trust completely.
