Maarten, was extremely helpful with any requests for information. If there was any further information requested it was never a problem. It was provided with no fuss. His integrity, knowledge and quality of information was exceptional. He made the sale process (that had some small complications along the way) simple and efficient. Nothing was too difficult for Maarty even though it was not the easiest sale and it was during such a difficult time for many reasons. From even before it was listed to day it was sold and after Maarty has kept us informed the entire time. It is not the first time we have enlisted his service and it will not be the last. I realise now that having a client who is a Real Estate Agent is not easy, I asked Marty because I knew he was very honest and would not tell me unnecessary things which a lot of Agents do. He lived up to my expectations even though I did not like what he told us ( The reports were very blunt and impersonal) However, he stuck to his task and found the right family for our home we have been in for 29 years. We can now move on--many, many thanks Marty.
