I realise now that having a client who is a Real Estate Agent is not easy, I asked Marty because I knew he was very honest and would not tell me unnecessary things which a lot of Agents do. He lived up to my expectations even though I did not like what he told us ( The reports were very blunt and impersonal) However, he stuck to his task and found the right family for our home we have been in for 29 years. We can now move on--many, many thanks Marty.

I first approached Maarten regarding the sale of our home and listing it , Maarten came back two days later with a contract . unfortunately the contract fell over ,But Maarten jumped straight back in and had the house listed and on the internet sales within three days .
