Love Love Love From the moment I stepped foot into the open (for my now new home YAY!) I felt so welcomed and calm. Tania has a presence that just puts you at ease immediately. From the snacks and drinks upon our visit to the faultless professional handling of the purchase of the home - she was absolutely amazing! COMMUNICATION was always at the forefront of our dealings; keeping me in the loop EVERY SINGLE STEP. If I ever buy/sell again (unlikely lol), I will hunt her down!

We recently purchased a property on Elizabeth Avenue through Terry on behalf of our buyers. He was great to deal with - honest, punctual and reliable, which makes a big difference when you’re working with an agent. He was easy to communicate with and did what he said he would do. As a buyer’s agent, I really appreciate that approach. Thanks Terry, looking forward to working together again.

We honestly couldn’t have been happier with Dave. From the very beginning, he was honest, genuine and really down to earth. He made the whole process feel like we were working with a genuine friend who had our best interests at heart, rather than just another real estate agent. When we first called about discussing potentially selling, he made the time work around us. With having a baby, he was more than happy to come after hours which tells you alot. Would recommend Dave to EVERYONE!
