Very impressed with David Deane property management team from Paula , the property Managers through to Tim and the administration team. Very responsive and excellent advice re maintenance needs and releasing my investment property at an increased rental with one week of the expiry of the previous lease. Regular updates provided re inspections etc. and the property.me website provides an excellent tracking and update portal. I would thoroughly recommend putting your investment property through Paula and her team - the small cost is greatly exceeded by the benefits of having an investment property well managed especially if you are time poor and/or not based in SE Queensland.
