My experience of David Deane Real Estate so far has been excellent. The staff are extremely professional and their property management response has been timely and fantastic. They are very helpful and go out of their way to ensure that their tenants are looked after. The welcoming card and treat on move in day was lovely.

I have had my property for only a few months now and it's my first rodeo of being a landlord. Tim & Paula made the process transition seamlessly. Tim is always quick to reply to my emails and quick to let me know what's happening and if the tenants require anything and as a first time landlord I'm not always sure on some decisions. He's been great at guiding me with any decisions that I'm yet unsure of. My team is wonderful to work with.

We have had trouble with DD right from the get go. They were never on the ball with our property, maybe due to personnel issues behind the scenes?? Every time I rang the property manager for my info on my property, it was someone different and they weren't familiar with what was going on as the notes for any issues weren't written down or conveyed to the next person in line. Failure to follow up on maintenance requests was a big issue. There have been some serious issues put forward by the Tennant that had been brushed off as not very important as this is how it was conveyed to me. Not to say that they are completely useless, but when you are paying for a service you expect that service to be performed.
