move in nice and easy, only downside was having no water for the first 4 days and havent had an internet since move in date with no expected connection date.

We love David Deane Real Estate
My partner and I were looking for a rental, having just had my first child I was finding it extremely difficult to make it to open homes with a 4 week old baby, David Deane's flexibility and willingness to understand our circumstances made it so much easier on us to view our rental at the time it was available for lease. Following that the application process was straightforward and fast! We were soon moving into our lovely rental and getting settled to make this a long term home for my little family. Rent is reasonable. All contact is always pleasant. We look forward to being with David Deane for a long time to come.

Good start!
Being new to property investment, we needed an agency that would help us and understand that we are unexperienced and may need some extra help and support. We just started working working with David Dean but so far, so good. The process to find tenants was easy (and successful) but also the admin side and organising quotes for maintenance went smooth. Communication has been great and can only hope that service levels stay at this level.
