Renting through this agency has been awful. Agency charges tenant a $1.50 fee each week to pay rent. This equates to an additional $78 a year. These charges are in addition to the charges they charge the owner. They do not offer a way to pay rent that does not incur a fee. The payment platform used is Simple Rent which is terrible to use and provides a delay of 3 days before it goes to the Agency. The Agency then sends default texts messages threatening tenant for non-payment. Staff unhelpful and rude
