David Deane has been a pleasure to work with while getting my rental. The lady who showed me my current rental was incredibly friendly, helpful and genuine. My application was processed quickly, and the agent was happy to answer my ludicrous amount of questions. They also left me a lovely welcoming package (Tim Tams and a scratchy ticket) which was the sweetest little touch. And my property managers have been very responsive and friendly to correspond any concerns with. I would love to work with David Deane in future, and would recommend them to a friend without hesitation. David Deane Connect was also incredibly lovely and helpful. The lady on the phone was so helpful with setting up my utilities (it was my first time) and she didn't push me into anything. Great jobs guys, all the best.

We have only just started our tenancy with David Deane but to date appear very professional . Upon moving in all keys , greetings as well as gift were there on the kitchen bench. House presents well and we are happy. The true test will be, should any maintenance issue arise , that it is dealt with a sense of urgency. As i said too early to call but they certainly have started on the right foot.

I have 2 properties managed by DDRE, they are great, very responsive to emails and get on top of issues very quickly to keep both tenants and landlords happy.
