Highly recommend David Deane Real Estate as a property manager
We have been really impressed with David Deane Real Estate, in particular a big shout out to Jo who found quality tenants within a few weeks during a difficult time; just as the COVID lockdowns were ramping up! We have found the team to be very professional and proactive.

Not worth the money
Over the last two years I have had repeated issues with communication and correctly actioning requests. I have raised this with them multiple times and each time I am assured the issues have been fixed and for a short while it is. Unfortunately, it inevitably slips back to the same sub standard experience. As I type this, I am yet again waiting for response to issues raised over a month ago despite multiple requests for updates. I recommend just avoiding and finding someone capable of handling simple things like communication and follow through.

Worst Customer Service I have had in a long time
People didn't introduce themselves when meeting for the first time. Still not quite sure what my property manager's name is. Was told I would receive a entry condition report the day I picked up the keys. I didn't receive it. I called up to request an update on when I would be receiving this and was told to check my Junk mail as it always goes there. Could of told me this in person when I picked up the keys as only have 3 days to submit. After checking junk email it wasn't there and asked to have it sent again to another email and was told I can't do it now I need to concentrate. Called up about issue with house and was asked have I filled out entry condition and wouldn't hear my concerns until I had. After filling out the entry condition report still have not heard from anyone.

Excellent Real State Agent
Very happy with the property that we rent out. It’s very clean and suits all our needs. Though it needs some maintenance and repairs , David Deane Real Estate provided us an overall exceptional good service. Many thanks to property manager Rose.

Pretty good!
The David Deane team have been really good at doing thorough reviews of each inspections and advising issues to resolve! The photos taken on the inspections are quite comprehensive as well and I am able to see what is going on. A couple of things that may help take this to the next level: Currently the emails addresses aren’t quite personable (eg pm1 or pa1 rather than the name of the person). Also having a direct number to the managing agent or advising when the managing agent is on leave or have changed will really help set the right expectations

professional , more action less talk
We have been using this team for around 18 months now, always professional in our dealings, and more importantly, seem to look after the tenant which is a must for us, they are, after all, what is important to our overall investment strategy. The company deliver on what they promise. Provide all the standard functions one would expect from a fully integrated real estate firm with great software for end of year documents, ready to hand over to the accountant. We rate David Deane Real estate highly .
