David Deane have room for improvement, in our opinion we believe they lack huge communication between one another however they do approach you as the client in a friendly manner. There have been times were we have been forgotten about which can cause frustration, so we recommend voicing your importance may just get you the service you are after. We found our vacating inspection was not done maticulously enough especially around the kitchen area leaving us to re-clean the remaining grease around the stove and cupboards. On a positive note, their rental inspection feedback forms are fantastic when seeking potential tenants. This really gives you an idea on how well your property is going to perform. Having that type of information at hand can help you make any improvements and you get a general idea of how many people are interested. David Deane also have a great supply of tradies which we have had the pleasure to meet!
