Mark was a referral from an agent I know who recommended that a local agent would get us a better result. Mark actually raised our pricing expectations and qualified these expectations by providing us with examples to support his thinking prior to asking us to sign with him. Once we had signed, Mark was very quick in putting everything into place. He kept us informed all the way through the process and was accessible to answer questions at all times. Upon the occasional hiccup (building and pest), Mark would call with a solution as well as the information we needed to know. We are very happy with the results and would recommend Mark and his team in future without hesitation.

Both were very helpful and knowledgeable about the property, and any questions I had that they didn't have answers for immediately, they followed up and provided to me within the day. As a first time home buyer, I was not well versed in the process at all, and Mark and Stephen were both patient, kind and helpful, explaining everything I needed in detail and answering all of my queries promptly.
