On first meeting Scott at the Open House we were greeted by a cheerful pleasant person who greeted us in the usual way he then allowed us to inspect the property uninterrupted. I asked Scott on the expected price for the sale, while my wife continued her inspection, he explained three comparable properties in the area and their sale prices. We then showed our interest in the purchase and Scott then told us he would inform us of any offers and then left it at that. No pressure no hard sell just pleasant and professional conversation. We were contacted and given the opportunity to make an offer which we did and to our surprise Scott called back asking if we could change our settlement conditions to suit the seller, longer timeframe, and we agreed. As a first time seller, I was slightly daunted about the selling process, but as fortune has it I was introduced to Scott to help me through. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the local area, super friendly and down to earth. He also went above and beyond what is normally expected of an agent, given that my property was an investment and due to work commitments I didn't have the time or ability to arrange minor renovations and maintenance jobs myself - Scott arranged everything! He saved me so much time and running around and crucially in the end, achieved a price for my property which exceeded my expectations.
