We recently listed our property with Mark and Naomi and found their service amazing. We listed the property on the Friday and had our first open home the next day. With low expectations on the first open home we were over the moon when we received our first offer on the property the next Tuesday. With some fierce negotiation on Mark's part - we were able to increase the offer to an acceptable level and went to contract. We were hoping to sell quickly - but never thought it would happen that fast. Extremely happy with the result and service received from both Mark and Naomi throughout the entire process.
