Quality market knowledge service and sincerity.
Mark and Naomi recently sold our house in Petrie. Despite some difficult prospective buyers and the usual tyre kickers we always had the feeling that Mark and Naomi had our best interests at heart. In particular we put great stock in their advice and felt that it was offered sincerely and meant to deliver the best outcome for us. In a league of his own. Best real estate agent I have ever dealt with.
Mark is very well organised with running house sales and the procedure of a contract. He never misses a promised phone call, email or message. Mark is very approachable to discuss matters; professional in his conduct and has an excellent knowledge of legal procedures to do with real estate sales. He does not shy away from tricky house sales, but rather rises to the challenge, as was a case in one of my house sales. Mark surrounds himself with excellent staff. And most of all, Mark's personality is one of a genuine interest in his client's wishes. He is a person of excellent character and holds himself to very high standards in the running of his business. As I said, real estate agent, Mark Rumsey, is in a league of his own!

Mark made this process as painless as it could have been.
I recently purchased a house which Mark was selling. Mark made this process as straight-forward as it could have been and I appreciated his willingness to help me and his matter of fact demeanor at all stages through the process. At no time did I feel confronted by a heavy sales-pitch. If ever I need to sell and buy again (hopefully not for a while) I will likely come first to David Deane and specifically ask to speak with Mark.

Highly recommend
We were lucky enough to have Scott referred to us previous to us putting out investment property on the market, and after talking to him we were more than happy to list our property with him. Scott is a great communicator and we really felt like he was working for us as the vendors yet still having the purchasers best interests at heart too. It was quite difficult for us living outside of Australia yet Scott made a rather stressful process as easy as he possibly could.
