We could not have been happier with Mark & Naomi selling our property for us. Being a first time home buyer in Australia felt like a daunting task to undertake - from first viewing of the property Scott had the ability to put you at ease. He was happy to answer the million questions we had and he offered suggestions along the way. Once negotiations started his level of communication and his efficiency was second to none, He really made feel it as though had both the sellers and our best interest at heart (saying this as I really meant it, I had the impression agents were only in it for the sellers and that is so not the case with Scott!!). Scott went above an beyond at every possible step and there would be to many examples to try and pick the best however we feel we got exactly with we thought we were getting, nothing was hidden or covered up for the sale. As buyers we cant thank Scott enough for all the help and support during this process - it was not stressful at all and we are completely in love with our home!!

What can I say about my experience. Mark and the team at Deanes were really helpful. I was in the market for a nice tidy little home for our daughters first home and this was the one. I truly loved the way that no-one was disadvantaged during the inspection process. Mark had an open house on the Friday but was presenting all offers to the client on the Saturday afternoon which meant my husband could inspect on the Saturday morning. I was beginning to get very disappointed in how agents would advertise for first inspections and you be there before the opening time only to be told "sorry there was an offer made yesterday". Not Mark - it allowed all offers to be looked at by the owner and meant no-one was at an advantage or in most cases a disadvantage. Mark dropped the contract off at my home because it was a Sunday, was more than happy to open up for both pest and building on the Tuesday. If it wasn't him emailing us it was Naomi and even on the phone you could here it in their voices they were happy & enjoying what they were doing. Yes they were making a sale but they made it pleasurable for us all. I have one last adult son in the market for a new home and will be sending him and his partner to Mark Rumsey and the team @ David Deanes and cannot recomend them more highly. The very next day the Principal Mark Rumsey phoned us and we arranged an appointment to discuss the sale.
