As we had to renovate the house to sell Mark gave us good advice on what we should do to sell the house without over capitalising. Scott Deaves had a big mission to produce a sale on said property. Vendors wanting too big a price of property IE: age, interior décor, sales in immediate area, etc etc. We only viewed property with 2 half hour open reviews, and realised the solid build, interior, etc etc , as per good consultation with Scott was too good to pass up on. Property on market too long due to pricing, Scott had kept all parties informed of possible sale, and completed with all being very happy. Scott has a very calming, professional, positive, will do and can attitude. This is also a 2 for 1 review, as other family members, have bought property with Scott, at Guards St. just 8 weeks prior.
