Scott & Team work together very well and they just bring potential buyers in constantly which lead to quick sales with satisfactory result. Scott was very patient to us by calling him constantly, but Scott gave us advice accordingly. I have been very happy with the assistant that Mark and Naomi from David Deanes gave me through out the purchase of my own home. As a client living in a third world country and having trouble with communications most of the time during the purchase of my own home I found Mark very help full when contact was urgent and I wasn't getting their messages on time. Mark I believe went out of his way to make sure I was kept in formed at all times Then after the sale he made sure that I had everything finished to make my sale easy and gave me the peace that I needed to fulfil my dream of owning my own home. Mark, helped our family with making decisions as to how best work through the process of selling our recently deceased Mother's house. Mark's showed great compassion and provided us with the information we required to make decisions and get the best outcome for the family. There was now pressure applied by Mark to signup now as I have experienced in the past. Mark showed great local knowledge, and experience in the area allowed him to identify our target market and the best way to present the house to them. We sold Mum's house within two weeks and got a good price that reflected the value of the property. Mark's follow up service and customer relations helped us through some minor glitches with the sale and we were able to get a smooth settlement process after all. What a fantastic experience. Murray and I had made a very quick decision to sell our property that I had lived in for the past 30 years after we found a block of land which ticked all of the boxes for our future life. Mark was referred to myself by a customer of my work place. I contacted Mark who promptly made an appointment to view our property and talk about what we were looking to achieve from the sale. We both found Mark knowledgeable about the local area and he was fully prepared for the consultation with property profiles of similar houses both sold and for sale within our area. The very next day, Mark had made appointments with potential buyers to view our property and an open house was booked for the first weekend. The photography that was done at twilight on the property was spectacular and subsequently 22 potential buyers visited our property. Mark's assistant, Naomi Otto was present at the open house and she returned that night to present 5 contracts on the table. Naomi was absolutely amazing with the negotiation between buyers and always had our best interest at heart. (as did Mark). In the short time that we were under negotiation, we found that both Mark and Naomi had the highest integrity, kept us fully informed of processes, were very knowledgeable in their field and displayed the utmost professionalism. We would highly recommend both Naomi and Mark to any potential buyer or seller and let them assist you with realising your dream.
