We chose Mark because he is tough. He has his finger on the pulse of this property district and he seems to know exactly what properties are selling and why. When we first met Mark he was brutally frank with us about what we could expect for our home. His expectations were significantly lower than ours, but he had evidence and research of properties in the area that supported his ideas in detail. With a lot of work we managed to improve the property appeal significantly for sale. Mark got on board and supported our goal. We wanted a strong agent who was not afraid of tough conversations with potential buyers. Mark fitted that bill perfectly. He also has enourmous resources at David Deane's. This became apparent when 10 or more David Deane agents walked through our hour within hours of our first day of public listing. If there was any room for improvement I would say that Mark and his team's contact noticably stopped once the contract had been signed and it was easy to feel that perhaps we had just been another another number and that Mark had moved on to securing the next big sale. So, after parting with about $13k in commisions on a house sale I think some personal attention after the contract had been signed would have made us feel more valued as clients. That being said this is probably common in the real estate industry in general and something that I think all agents should think more about. Thank you to Mark and his gorgeous assistant Naomi for making the best of a house sale that was always going to be difficult because of the financial loss that we had to face. We unreservedly recommend Mark as an agent and we would use him again! Our house was sold in 2 days for the price that we needed! You can ask Mark all about it :-)

We viewed the property Thursday evening, signed our initial offer on Saturday morning and had our offer accepted on Saturday afternoon! Scott was really helpful and answered all of our queries promptly. He also arranged for us to tour the property with the current owners so they could show us watering systems and other quirky things that we now don't have to figure out ourselves. In all a great purchasing experience.

My partner had sold his previous property with Mark and we had no hesitation in contacting Mark for the Sale on this property. I found both Mark and Naomi very helpful and easy to talk to. I think the quality I found most appealing about Mark was that he was upfront and honest about price, he did not give us unrealistic expectations. We knew what to expect so we were not left feeling disappointed. I think most real estate agents will tell you what you want to here to get the job, but in the end those who give you the knowledge and the truth ( as painful as that might be) will get the job done right and quickly. thanks again!
