Tayla manages our properties in Highgate Hill and I say without a moments hesitation, that, I am so thankful to have her working for and with me. She is an absolute gem. Her communication, professionalism and knowledge are an asset to Image property and their clients. What I love about working with Tayla is that we work well together, its a team effort. She always listens to my opinion, taking in what matters to me and is willing to offer me advice when I am unsure or uncertain . Cant give any higher recommendation. It is a real pleasure to write a review for someone as competent and efficient as Kahlia Wells of Image Property West End. Her responses to our specific queries have been short, to the point, and accurate. This has required honesty in the face of the risk that, as the messenger bringing rather unwelcome news, she may unjustly receive the bullet. She ignored the chance that we might shoot the messenger, and she told us the truth. Wonderful! We would much prefer to know than not know. She is a property agent with honesty and integrity! We can give no greater commendation. In addition, her responses were prompt; if unavoidably delayed, she warned us of the delay. Her emails were humane and friendly, even when “brutally frank!” She met time lines unfailingly. Her advice has been excellent, leading to excellent outcomes for us. She gave us real confidence that we can relax knowing that the management of our property is in good hands. An excellent property manager. Not taking anything from Kahlia’s efforts, but the organisation of which she is a part, Image, has to be good enough to allow Kahlia to perform as she does. Image Property deserves commendation also.

The Image Property team is very customer focused and are always on top of the main actions and activities required for the several investment properties I have with them. They also respond consistently to my requirements even when people are on vacation or when they have a new team member replace someone who used to support me directly. I am very happy with their support, attention to details, for proactively looking at my property issues and reports and also for providing a good and responsive service to my tenants.

I would like to express our thanks to Kahlia for taking over as property manager. It has been a daunting few years but hopefully we are now back on track with new tenants being put into place. As landlords we have only ever wanted tenants to look after our property. We have been very accommodating. The government needs to realize that investors also have a mortgage and if it wasn’t for landlords more people would be homeless.
