We had quotes from three different property agents before deciding to go with Ian from Image Property, and he clearly stood out from the very beginning. Ian leased our apartment within days of us signing with him, which was an outstanding result. What really sets him apart is his communication, professionalism and attention to detail. He does exactly what he says he will do, is incredibly thorough, and keeps you informed every step of the way. Whenever I had a question, it was answered promptly and efficiently, and if I called, my calls were returned within minutes. This level of responsiveness and reliability gave us great confidence that our property was in good hands. It is refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely follows through on their promises and makes the entire process so smooth and stress-free. I have been extremely impressed with Ian and would highly recommend him and Image Property to anyone looking for a property manager who delivers on what he promises.
