Simple and Effective Application
After applying for close to 30 properties on the Sunshine Coast, none of the processes came quite as easy as Image. I called the office and they helped direct me to their site to apply for two properties. The use of Snug.com compared to other competitors was above and beyond in simplicity and ease of use, and found the response and directions easy. I’ve dealt with Lucy since we have been approved and she has been quick in her responses and helpful with our questions. Couldn’t recommend higher.

In Safe Hands
Natasha is an amazing Property Manager who takes care of all of my needs for property maintenance and ensuring that our tenants have everything they need. Natasha is proactive and extremely professional in all of our interactions, even working over the holiday period to oversee some urgent repairs required.

Brilliant Property Manager
Our Property Manager, Amanda Onderstal has been absolutely brilliant for the five-plus years she has managed all of our properties. Amanda is professional, friendly and her communication skills are second to none. We especially appreciate that the tenants feel Amanda is approachable so we hear about potential repairs when they arise rather than down the track when the problem could be worse and more expensive to repair. Amanda is also intuitive in selecting excellent potential tenants for us and knows the market well.

A total pleasure to do business with
Image property are true professionals in their field of expertise. Having owned many investment properties in the last 17 years I wish I had have a property manager like Stefanie and her team at Image. My partner Sam and I will be buying investment properties on the Sunshine coast and will definitely get this team to manage our portfolio. And as I tenant I feel like I am home and total ease with the true professional service we have received and it gives me total confidence when we have our properties with Image we know both side of the agreement will be looked after and taken care of.
