I’ve been a tenant of image for 3 years and when my rent went up the girls helped me find something new within their own rental pool which we fell in love with straight away. Big thank you to both Stefanie and Amanda who couldn’t help me enough. They went above and beyond to make the transition as easy as possible. Both providing professional services from the initial stages of viewing, throughout the tenancy and in the final stages. Amanda handled everything so promptly, there was no waiting around and wondering about applications and their progress which is essential for tenants. Stefanie patiently helping me along knowing I wanted to move but couldn’t find anything in such an overwhelming market, negotiating between my owner and myself date changes to my end of lease. Image has provided everything necessary for a property investor to feel confident their investment is looked after. And tenants can rest assured when the tough get going that image is their to help!
