Emily has amazing communication skills and never hesitates to give me her time when I truly need it. She recently re let 3 of our properties in what seems to be a harder market. We worked together to find the gaps in why things were not moving and she thought outside the box to have our unique property leased quickly. I am very happy with the way Image Property handles my properties' day to day and tenant handling related tasks. The market analysis, the guidance about the whole market listing, application sorting and signing of the tenant contract all are so smooth that I don't need to worry about anything. Any manager they put on to handle my properties are great till now. I am with them since last 6-7 years and my experience has been great. Kandace has been taking care of everything related to my properties since nearly last one year and just like earlier managers, she is doing great as well. I had loss of rent for about 3 weeks while the renting campaign has started a month ago. Since company had been changing managing agents frequently, it created lack of understanding of owner needs between the agent. It could have been rented earlier but there was lack of communication between agent and the owner. Agent would not pick up calls during this time and it was hard to explain things in email when I wanted to have thorough communication. I wasn’t expecting such a delay to get the right tenant. Upon rejecting few applications, agent then tried to understand what results are we looking for? This could have been avoided by having an understanding before starting the renting campaign.
