I had overall good experience with selling my house through Mandeep. I must say he delivered good results then my previous agent in a short period of time. I initially signed with different agent and to my experience was not a good decision since my house was in market for 90 days and I could not get desired offer. Mandeep contacted me and assured to sell with my expected sale target, so I signed up with Mandeep. Although we did not able to achieve the target, I still believe if I had signed up with Mandeep initially, the outcome would have been much better. But looking at the slow market in Canberra. I had to take the decision to sell and move on.

We had some standard terms for repairs and adjustments for settlement to close out the property. These were minor in nature and feel since exchange that we have had to chase up matters and not looked after as a buyer. I would say the seller was looked after and maybe they saved some dollars with him but buyers beware.
