We had some standard terms for repairs and adjustments for settlement to close out the property. These were minor in nature and feel since exchange that we have had to chase up matters and not looked after as a buyer. I would say the seller was looked after and maybe they saved some dollars with him but buyers beware.

I regret choosing another agent at first. For 5 months, I felt my initial agent was not acting in my favor. He was all talk, never followed through, and gave high hopes without delivering. When things went wrong, he refused to take responsibility and blamed me instead. Switching to Shaun was the best decision I made. At the very first open house, Shaun sold my property for more than I expected amount. He always maintained a positive attitude and provided constant reassurance throughout the last 3-month journey of selling my property after horrific 5 month journey with some other inexperienced pretending agent.
