Shaun is an honest and credible agent who is interested in the win-win deal for both the buyer and seller - which is essensial for the success of any deal to have both parties happy at the end of the deal. The whole buying experience is streamlined with regular communication and clear instructions on the next steps. Hoping to have this continued support from him through out the rest of the build process. Having personally seen the bad experience my friend had a month back dealing with another agent based in Canberra for his land and house package , I would say Shaun is probably few agents in Canberra maintaining the good reputation of the ACT house build industry.

We met Shaun initially when we were looking at a property to purchase and liked the way he approached the inspection, as we decided to purchase the property we enquired about Shaun representing us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the market conditions of the time and provided us with a strategy to sell that we felt entirely comfortable with. We held two open homes both with in excess of 15 couples attending and sold the property immediately.
