Personable and effective

Outstanding Agent and an Incredible team
After interviewing a number of agents it was a very easy decision. We decided to pick James and Deb to sell our home as they showed to most knowledge and desire to achieve the best possible price. They presented a plan off attack on how they were going to achieve the best price and didn't fail. At all times they went above and beyond to keep us in the loop on how our sale was progressing. We sold our home over a month ago, and they are in regular contact to ensure everything is going well and offering any further services we may need. I would have no problems in recommending them to anyone looking to sell in the future. WHAT THEY PROMISED THEY DELIVERED. Experience and knowledge of the area

A++ from Listing to Sold!
James is the utmost professional. Experienced agent with thorough knowledge
James presented well from the start and gave insightful information to assist with our sale. He was fantastic with our open for inspections and photo's. He even supplied cushions and flowers to dress our place. Nothing was too hard for James and I congratulate him on his efforts which contributed to a speedy contract signing within 2 weeks.
