Paul is the most professional Real Estate agent I have ever dealt with. He provided recommendations on what needed to be done to my rental property to maximise the sale. He then facilitated the renovation having painting, new carpet, lighting and garden tidy up with local contractors, keeping me informed every step of the way. He even selected the carpet and paint colour to suit the property and inline with what buyers are wanting. Styling was added and all the work was completed within 2 weeks! Had interest after the first open house with multiple offers the 2nd week, contracts exchanged within 3 weeks. I got a great price and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Paul and his team.

We had been searching for a house for 18 months and, eventually, we narrowed our search to the Gungahlin area. We met Paul at one of the property's opens we had looked at and we instantly understood that he is a very knowledgeable agent who has been selling properties and knows the area like the back of his hand. After a few properties that sold for above our budget, Paul got back in touch with us saying "I've got a property that might interest you"... and guess what? We ended up buying it.
