I recently sold my property with the help of Independent Property , and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, Paul and Lukas were professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Paul and Lukas exceeded all my expectations – not only in securing a fantastic result but also in making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their attention to detail, market insight, and communication throughout were truly impressive. I always felt well-informed and confident in every decision we made. I can’t recommend Paul and Lukas highly enough – a true standout in the industry!

Tammy is an agent that is truly dedicated to ensuring success for her clients. She is proactive and reliable. I trusted Tammy with the sale of my property and she was calm, honest and reassuring through all aspects. She went above and beyond to help me with my requests and made me feel supported and comfortable throughout the whole process. I have already been recommending Tammy to people I know because she is truly an agent who puts her heart and soul into her work and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with any future sales I may have. Thanks Tammy!

We recently sold our home with the help of Tim and Graheme, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Their advice throughout the process was excellent — always clear, thoughtful, and based on deep knowledge of the market. They were both highly professional while also being genuinely friendly and approachable, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home, and I hope others get to experience the same level of satisfaction we did. Thanks again Gentleman

My husband and I recently sold our unit in Canberra with Phil—the same agent we bought it from three years ago. Once again, it was a great experience. Phil is knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly, provided honest advice, and was always available to answer our questions. It was reassuring to work with someone who understands the market so well and genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome for his clients. Highly recommended!

Grahame was very transparent and I felt I could 100% trust him to fairly represent me to the vendor and I was receiving fully disclosure from the vendor. I have not always experienced this with other agents in Canberra so it was a refreshing change!
